Who
can practice or learn Taekwondo?
Taekwondo, Thaiboxing and Kickboxing are
suitable for all men, women and Children of all ages. |

Are
the instructors qualified?
Yes! All the instructors are fully qualified
and have PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY you will be training under fully
qualified, safe and experienced trainers. |

What
does a class consist of?
A class will consist of the following:
• Warm
up mobilising and stretching
• Shadow
work-footwork and execution of strike techniques
• Pad work- flexible
kicks and target kicking
• Drill
work- working with a partner practicing controlled techniques
• Self defence techniques
• Patterns
• Fitness and conditioning
• Sparring
• Meditation |

How
safe is it to train?
As with any form of physical activity,
a good professional instruction with careful progression and
safe environment will help to ensure your well being. |

How
long does a class last?
For children and juniors it last approximately
ONE hour and THIRTY minutes and for adults it last approximately
TWO hours. |
|

| 6. |
What
type of clothing should I wear?
As a beginner, you can start with a loose
clothing i.e jogging pants and T-shirt. Then you can purchase
your uniform from your instructors. |

Is
there any other equipments that I need to use during the training
session?
Generally, the training equipments is
provided for you i.e kicking pads, gloves and etc. At a later
stage, it's advisable that you should invest and own this equipment
for yourself i.e body protector, head gear, shin and arm guards
and groin guard. |

Do
I need a membership?
Yes! You have to get a BTCB (British Taekwondo
Control Board) membership.
It provides with a package of insurance with BTCB membership
card. You can get them from an instructors. IT's COMPULSORY. |

am not fit, can I still take part?
Yes! But as with physical activity, it
is wise to begin cautiously and seek a medical advise if you
are concern. |

You are most welcome by yourself or with
someone. As the classes are very friendly I believe that you
will settle down quickly. |
